About Us
A South Florida company built around three services.
Roofing, impact windows and impact doors. Not a catalogue of everything, and not a national franchise passing your address to whoever answers first.
Who we are
We started with the parts of the house that fail first.
In South Florida, water and wind find the same weaknesses every time: an underlayment past its life, a flashing detail that was never right, a single-pane window in a wall that was otherwise rebuilt.
Those failures almost always trace back to how the work was scoped and who was accountable, not to a brand of shingle or a make of window. That is the part of the industry we set out to do differently.
We are a new company. We will not tell you otherwise. What we can offer is a small number of services done to a documented standard, with the permit history and inspection record to prove the work happened the way it was described.
Our mission
To improve South Florida homes with exterior work that is specified correctly, permitted properly and installed to a standard we would accept on our own houses.
Our story
Florida Roof & Impact was formed to bring roofing, impact windows and impact doors under one accountable team. Homeowners should not have to coordinate three contractors at the wall where a roof meets a window, or discover that nobody owns the flashing detail.
Our leadership
Founder names, professional backgrounds and license details will be published here once verified with the company. We would rather leave this section visibly incomplete than fill it with credentials that have not been confirmed.
Our commitment to homeowners
Clear scope, clear price, clear timing. If a condition changes the job, you hear it from us before the work continues, with photographs and a written amount.
Three Service Categories
What we install, and why we keep it narrow.
Each service has its own code requirements, product approvals and installation logic. Doing all three means the junctions between them are our problem, not yours.

Roofing
Tile, metal and shingle roof replacement, with the deck inspected and the permit handled.

Impact Windows
Approved impact window systems specified per opening and installed to the approved method.

Impact Doors
Entry, sliding and French impact door systems, with thresholds detailed to keep water out.
Our Installation Process
How a project actually runs.
The same four steps apply whether the scope is one door or an entire roof.
