Roofing Built for South Florida Weather

A South Florida roof works harder than almost any other roof in the country. It absorbs year-round ultraviolet exposure, salt air, driving rain that arrives sideways, and wind uplift that tests every fastener and every seam. When it fails, it fails at the worst possible moment.

Material, honestly assessed

Tile, metal and shingle all perform differently on the same house. We explain how each option behaves on your roof pitch, structure and budget before you choose.

Permits handled properly

We pull the permit through the correct jurisdiction and coordinate the inspections the code requires, so the finished roof is documented and insurable.

Decking inspected, not assumed

Once the old roof is off we inspect the deck for soft spots, water damage and previous shortcuts, and we show you what we found before we cover it up.

We install and replace roofs on single-family homes from Boca Raton north to Jupiter and south through Broward County. The work is planned around the Florida Building Code, the permit requirements of each municipality, and the material that actually suits the home rather than the material that is easiest to sell.

Common Questions

What homeowners ask about roofing

Cannot find your answer? Call us and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

Yes. A roof replacement is a permitted scope of work in essentially every municipality we serve. The permit is filed with the city or county building department, and inspections are required at defined stages. We handle that process for you and keep you informed of the inspection schedule.

Most single-family homes are completed in about three to seven working days once the permit is issued, depending on square footage, roof complexity, pitch and material. Permit review timelines vary by municipality and are outside our control, so we give you a realistic window rather than a promise.

That is the first thing we assess. If a roof has isolated damage and meaningful service life remaining, we say so. If the underlayment or decking has reached the end of its life, patching it only postpones the expense.

A new roof often changes how a carrier rates a home, and a wind mitigation inspection can affect eligibility and credits. We can provide documentation of the completed work, but we cannot promise a specific premium outcome. Ask your insurance agent what they need.
