Customer Reviews
Reviews we can actually stand behind.
We are a new company, so this page does not yet carry a wall of testimonials. Here is what we do instead of inventing them.
Our policy
Why there are no reviews here yet.
Many contractor websites launch with glowing testimonials on day one. Some of those are real and borrowed from a previous company. Some are written by the marketing agency. You have no way to tell which, and that is exactly the problem.
We would rather show you an honest blank page than a convincing fake one. As projects complete and clients agree to be quoted, verified reviews will be published here with the city, the service and the project scope attached.
We do not accept payment for reviews, and we do not filter out criticism. If we earn a poor review, it stays up and we answer it.
What we commit to
- We will not publish a review we cannot connect to a real project.
- We will not edit the words of a review, positive or negative.
- We will not display aggregate star ratings before enough verified reviews exist.
- We will respond to criticism in public rather than deleting it.
Verify
We match every submission to a completed project record.
Publish
Approved reviews appear with city and service, unedited.
Respond
Every review gets an answer from the team, not a bot.
