Our Process
Four steps. Nothing hidden in the middle.
A roof or window project is a series of decisions. Here is exactly what happens at each one, and where your approval is required.

You tell us about the home. We set a time that works.
Use the form or call. We ask a few qualifying questions so the visit is useful: the service you need, the age of the roof or windows, and your timeframe. We do not use this call to pitch you; we use it to arrive prepared.
Home consultation and inspection
We measure, inspect and photograph what we find.
On site we measure the roof area or every opening, check attic and deck conditions where accessible, and photograph the details that matter. If we find something that changes the scope, you see it before it becomes a line item.
Written options and proposal
A specification and a price, in writing.
Your proposal lists the material specification, the scope, the exclusions, the permit responsibility and the price. Where there are genuine choices, we present the options with the trade-offs stated rather than steering you to the most expensive one.
Installation, inspection and handover
Permitted, inspected, and walked with you at the end.
We file the permit, schedule the work, protect the property and dry in each section as we go. Municipal inspections happen at the required stages. At handover we walk the finished work with you and hand over the permit documentation and warranty terms.
Before we start
What we need from you
- Clear the driveway and move vehicles before the crew arrives
- Move or protect fragile items beneath the work area
- Secure pets indoors while crews are on site
- Confirm HOA or community approval where required
- Be reachable for approval if a condition changes the scope
- Review the finished work with us at the walkthrough
Realistic timing
What actually takes the time
Site visit and proposal
Scheduled within days of your request
Permit review
Set by your municipality, not by us
Manufactured product
Window and door lead times vary by product line
Installation
Typically days for a roof, days for windows
Inspection
Scheduled with the building department
We give you a specific window once your permit is issued. We do not promise dates that depend on a building department or a manufacturer.
Permits and inspections
The paperwork is part of the roof.
Every replacement we install is permitted with the correct jurisdiction and inspected at the stages the code requires. The inspection record is what proves the work years from now, when you sell or file a claim.
Filed correctly
The permit is filed with the right municipality or county, in the property owner’s name, with product approval documentation attached.
Built to the approval
The approved installation method governs the fastening and sealing. Installing an approved product another way voids what it was tested for.
Documented at handover
You receive the permit and inspection documentation with your warranty terms at the final walkthrough.
